EXPR600S Pressure-Operated Door Frame

The EXPR600S is a stainless steel pressure vessel, designed and manufactured in accordance with EN 13445 for operating pressures up to 6 barg.

The manhole has an internal diameter of 600 mm and was designed in accordance with hygienic design principles. The structure is fully drainable and well-suited for demanding process facilities where safe access and easy maintenance are essential.

The ergonomic opening system reduces the force required to open and close the cover and ensures safe and comfortable handling during operation and maintenance.

Side-hinged – EXPR600S

The EXPR600S features a side-hinged lid and an ergonomic opening system that reduces the effort required to open and close it. The model is manufactured in accordance with the principles of hygienic design and is fully drainable.

With a side-mounted frame, gravity affects the cover throughout its entire movement. The hinge must therefore be sized and positioned so that the cover does not swing uncontrollably and so that the operator can close it from a stable working position.
