Leopold manways are developed with the same core philosophy as our CS-Connectors: nothing is left to chance. These are carefully engineered solutions where every detail is designed to make work easier — without compromising hygiene, safety, or strength.
We offer three types, all in different sizes:
> EXPSR-xxx HYG 1.0 bar – for standard access and inspection
>EXPSR-xxx INS – with optimized isolation capability
> EXPR-xxx – for pressurized systems
All frames are made of stainless steel and designed with ergonomics and functionality in mind. The cover is easily removed – and then hangs from a multi-jointed arm that relieves weight and makes handling easy and safe. A chain of movement that makes a heavy task easier.

Ergonomically optimized
When you open a Leopold manway cover, a built-in articulated arm automatically takes the weight of the lid. Simply loosen the central screw — the arm makes opening and closing effortless. It reduces strain, increases safety, and makes work easier.
Easy to
clean
The manway frame is mechanically assembled with a single screw. When loosened, the frame is quickly released for efficient and effortless cleaning. Smart, simple, and hygienic. This should only be done during CIP, since the strength lies in the frame structure.
Easy
leveling
With the oval adjustment screw, the rotating arm can be easily aligned, ensuring the hatch closes smoothly and correctly every time. This guarantees a proper and secure closure of the manway frame.

When you open the insulated manway frame, a built-in articulated arm automatically takes the weight of the cover. Simply unscrew the two safety bolts, making opening effortless. It reduces strain, increases safety, and makes work easier.

The manway frame hangs from the arm, making it easy to open, inspect, and close again — without having to find space for the cover or lift the heavy part of the frame.

Our High Pressure Frame is designed for process environments that require high pressure resistance and safety.
