A tank isn’t always just a flat surface—and that’s why a CS-Connector doesn’t necessarily have to be either.

At Leopold Parts, we offer customization of our Clean Seal Connector (CS-Connector) to fit the specific design to which it will be mounted.

Among other things, we can customize the connector based on both radius and angle so that it conforms to the surface of, for example, a tank wrap or a tank top.

A customized radius provides a better fit

When installing on a round tank or a curved tank top, the standard design may require additional adjustments before welding.

That is why we can customize the CS-Connector based on the customer’s specifications so that the contact surface is adapted to the tank’s geometry.

These may include, among other things:

• Adjustment to the radius of the tank’s curve
• Adaptation for a tank top or conical surface
• Machining at the desired angle/degree
• Customization based on the customer’s drawings and specifications

The result is a CS-Connector that is ready for actual installation and makes the job easier for both the tank manufacturer and the welder.
